Not just a former advisor, but the daughter of a woman who is a current government advisor, and of a man who (by some sheer coincidence, no doubt) was a journalist alongside Michael Gove before he was convinced by Cameron to join the front line of politics.

Very unfair – I’m sure that the 25 year old whose charity was awarded the contract has an awful lot of useful knowledge to impart on the running of schools based on her experience before she became an adviser to Gove.

Perhaps someone could ask the Audit Commission to investigate before they are abolished.
