Save it for the organ grinder

This is surely just a piss-take… Nick Clegg to get his own Deputy Prime Minister’s Question Time.
Well Labour should answer the Lib Dems speculation now, and make it quite clear they will not only not have any questions for Clegg, but they won’t actually be in the Chamber for this piece of vain, pompous self-promotion. If the opposition have questions, they should reserve them for the organ grinder, and ignore his monkey altogether.

It is refreshing that this new Government are taking the time to answer questions at PMs questions AND offering a deputy PM’s questions.
When the son of the manse and Blair were in office they spent all their time ASKING the questions or putting their own agenda across.
This will bring some sanity to the house.
By the way I like your strap line at the side of the page
“For a fundamental and irreversible shift in the balance of power and wealth in favour of working people and their families”
Brown copied that slogan almost 100% – only substituting the words ‘to the detriment’ instead of ‘in favour’
Thats the trouble with you socialists – you always f*ck it up – but come out with your own pockets full!

Ah, that made me laugh at least. DPMQ’s! Nick’s obviously not yet realised the deputy is a non-job, nothing more than a monument to ego. I guess at least the US VP would actually president if anything happened to his/her boss!
Angussie, I didn’t know there had been a PMQ’s yet? Or was there a session after the Queen’s speech? I missed that.
One thing about DC, he is good on his feet in the commons. Harman will need *a lot* of prep for these sessions, especially on the economy.
