Because, Councillor, in recent times snow has been rare in Switzerland at this time of year causing great problems for the ski-ing holiday trade.

God, Duffers, you must have been a hoot at parties back in the 1940′s… that wicked sense of humour, I bet you had them rolling in the aisles.
Ahh, that heavenly snow in Basel, gently falling as Zamora and Gera put Fulham into the knockout stages…
