David Davis, the Shadow Home Secretary with a charisma bypass was on the Andy Marr show this morning. He must have splinters in his backside from the amount of fence sitting he did over the issue of gay adoption (firm leadership, that’s what the nation wants) before he produced this little gem which caused me to chortle when he was talking about the fiasco in the Home Office:
“One of our policies at the last election that we still have….”
I always did see David Davis as a wishy washy fence sitting liberal…
I note that the real Michael Howard has responded too me on Iain Dale’s Diary in the High Ranking Home Secretaries post. I wonder if he knows that I am a spoof? At least you questioned whether I was the real thing…
