David Cameron's old Etonian schoolmate Bill Wiggin is a Tory MP right off the production line, and a nasty piece of work too. When a constituent, Jim Miller, attempted to stand for the Parish Council in Leominster as an Independent to highlight Wiggin's abuses of his Parliamentary expenses, Wiggin intervened with a series of dirty tricks and lies to try to discredit him and stop him standing. There's an interview with Jim here.

But now Wiggin, a former banker (wouldn't you know it) named in The Telegraph expenses fiasco for trousering some £13,000 he was not entitled to on a 'phantom mortgage' has decided to intervene in the issue of the Cadbury's takeover. He suggested the workforce, faced with uncertainty over their job security were "Whingers".

When you engage in lies and manipulation because your precious lifestyle is placed in jeopardy by an expenses scandal, it is a bit bloody cheeky to start calling those who do a proper job, "whingers".

The only people who do not live with Job insecurity are the Public Sector.

Not true, just a Tory myth. Tell it to the 1400 people facing redundancy in Birmingham City Council. Tell it to Nottingham City Council and Buckinghamshire who are cutting more than 400 posts each. Oldham plans to cut 544 jobs; Newcastle plans to cut 500 jobs, including 200 senior and middle management posts; Bristol plans to cut 400 and Westminster 200 permanent and temporary jobs.

Tell it to the 40 councils surveyed by The Local Government Association (Tory controlled, if you think they are lying) last week who are shedding 7,000 jobs between them.

Its the same story in the University and college sector, where an estimated 6,000 redundancies are anticipated over this year. The CIPD estimate 350,000 public sector job losses in the next 5 years.

Bob, you are both a stalwart and a true example of "independent Labour".
I myself am not party political, but as God is my witness I will, if I can, bring down this low-life Mr Wiggin.

He has no morals.
He is my MP.
I don't see why I should tolerate my MP having no morals.

It's that simple.

You're an example to us all, Bob - that fighting back ain't a waste of time!
Jim
