Bob Piper has been a Labour Councillor for the Abbey Ward in Sandwell, West Midlands, for 10 years. He is a lifelong supporter of Aston Villa Football Club and a follower of Yorkshire County Cricket Club.

Because, Councillor, in recent times snow has been rare in Switzerland at this time of year causing great problems for the ski-ing holiday trade.

(btw, I guess we should expect Duffers to be an expert on skiing weather reports, eh?)
