James, I may well agree with you. But the way I see it, Cameron has got two choices. He either continues to act like Blair-lite, in which case the Tories will tear either him or themselves to pieces... or he goes all Howard/Hague on us, which means the electorate will boot him out at the first opportunity.
Either way I don't see a long term Tory government because his majority will be too small if he gets one at all. So I suspect a coalition with Clegg's yellow tories is on the cards, 'cos they'll jump in to bed with anyone who'll offer them some crumbs from the table.
I do not see a long term Tory government either, sadly I do not see a short term labour government either. Unless labour can prove it's not going to follow on from Cameron, I think we have had enough of Tory ism for a while how about getting back to real Labour ism for a while..
