A Turn Off   » Permalink  |  TrackBack (0)

Well, if you think Talksport is complete trash, wait to you see what Rupert Murdoch has got lined up for us next on Sky. Yes, PressTV, the broadcasting arm of the Iranian government which, according to Harry's Place offers a platform for neo-nazis to attack Jews, and engages in holocaust denial.

In addition, its presenters include Iain Dale's good friend, Derek 'dipper' Conway, George 'pussy' Galloway, Boris Johnson's puppet, Andrew 'sock puppet' Gilligan, another Tory Mayor hopeful, Nick Ferrari, and James Whale, a Talksport presenter sacked for urging people to support Boris Johnson (are you starting to pick up a bit of a theme here?).

Sounds like a fascinating evening's viewing. Not.

You wake up each day knowing you have more power than any elected leader, more dosh than all but Bill and friends, and that the whole world is your playground. Then it hits you, you're old and mortal, now that's gotta be a pretty frightening realisation first thing in the morning, and probably again last thing at night. Poor, poor Rupert.

I can't decide which one makes me the most sick. All we need is for Gaunty and Kelvin to pop up to complete the vomit-inducing, Holocaust-denying line-up. And to think these fuckers will hold the reins of government this time next year. Time to emigrate.
