On the road to Damascus   » Permalink  |  TrackBack (0)

Iain Dale claims he didn't think defending civil rights was important when the Tories were in power (what does that tell you about both of them) and that he was in favour of id cards back then too. But we are expected to believe he has had a conversion of Damascus-size proportions, because now ....

I would also like to think that if a Conservative government charged a whistleblower
he would give us a whimper now.

And the moon, by the way, is made of cream cheese.

As much as I dislike some of the Liberal Democrat policies (such as their support for the European Union), you know they will always be friends to civil liberties & don't have an Ann Widdecombe wing, or waverers like Dale.
