Just to put this into some context, are they saying that in the UK they'll lower taxes during this recessionary period of time?
They aren't saying that here in Canada. If they're to spend on things like health care, education, etc... and try to stimulate the economy at the same time, either we'll have to pay more taxes or our children will have to pay much more taxes.
