Bob Piper has been a Labour Councillor for the Abbey
Ward in Sandwell, West Midlands, for 10 years. He is a lifelong supporter of Aston Villa Football Club and a follower of Yorkshire County Cricket Club.
The views expressed here are mine in a personal capacity, not those of the Labour Party, Sandwell MBC, Aston Villa or Yorkshire County Cricket Club. Get it! Mine... just mine!
Do I detect a little disillusionment here? It strikes me that dizzy was not entirely enamored by his new found friends and their whizz bang Conference. That's the trouble with Tories though son, they do get awful snobbish about folk who eat their peas off their knife and go to work for a living.
I can understand someone thinking X or Y deserving of a tabloid attack because they are/were guilty of what has been claimed (or worse), but Dizzy appears to approve of a recent tabloid assault purely because the subject of the ex-attack had snubbed him once: http://dizzythinks.net/2008/09/mark-clarke-womaniser-and-general.html
This from the man who called me at my home and screamed that I was being a tad over-sensitive about this or that.
Bob, not disillussioned, just think day passes make sense for those people who don't wish to spend four days with politicos.
Tim, it wasn't exactly a snub more an inability to have the deceny to acknowledge the presence of three people as he intepreted. By all accounts he's more a tit than you though.

And Dizzy takes it so personally when it happens.
