I've been a bit busy the last couple of days so I can only apologise for the late reference to Hopi Sen's fascinating timeline on little 'Oily' Alan Duncan. Following the recent spat with Peter Oborne, and amongst all the rumours of a Shadow Cabinet reshuffle I would have thought that Oily's days near the Industry portfolio, may well be numbered.
On the subject of the tiny Tory, either the Old Witch of Grantham has had a dramatic re-profiling or someone's using the wrong picture.
