So now it's Prescott's memoirs, following close on the heels of Mrs. Blair and Lord Levy. These really are a rather nasty bunch, revenge and money seems to be what this pathetic crowd have in common. They give not a rats about The Party, or the poor souls that voted for them all those years ago. Should all be bloody ashamed, and I hope in the years to come they reflect on what they have done.If as looks likely Cameron wins the next election, it will be down to this vengeful group now living in the luxury that their supporters could only ever dream about.They unlike the poor who trusted them, did very well out of Nu Labour.

For Nu Labour read Champagne Socialists. I am not and never have been a Labour member, most of my family have or are. I really feel bad about this sort of 'betrayal' of hard won battles and strongly held beliefs that have been trampled on under the guise of New Labour.
Those who are true believers will in the end be the winners (whether they are in power or not) in my book. Not because I am a Labour believer, but because I respect honesty, trust and loyalty above all things - something I fear that is lacking in today's gov't.
