Niceyness is spreading   » Permalink  |  TrackBack (0)

You see, I knew it would catch on. After this blog's declaration that it would not be a vehicle for gratuitous personalised abuse in future... we now find that Political Hack is saying nice things about Tories.

Over at Liberal Conspiracy though, Alix Mortimer hasn't quite got into the spirit (so to speak) The role of the state: a binge drinkers' view.

The social fabric of Britain is under threat, not from binge-drinking, but from a truly terrifying marriage of barking right-wing paternalism and dour left-wing mumsyness, and it is my firm belief that every true left-liberal should lead the rearguard action by gathering up all their friends and hanging around in a big slouchy group outside the library swigging from bottles of merlot and shouting environmentally-aware abuse at passing 4×4 drivers. Direct action is what's needed here.
I'll drink to that!

Unfortunately, this niceyness is not spreading as far as Iain Dale's Diary. It would appear that Iain Dale is something of a misogynist. First, he attacks Dave's policy that one third of his ministers will be women. Second, he attacks LibDem MP Susan Kramer calling her delusional and putting words into her mouth. Third, he attacks LibDem MP Sarah Teather stating "I've always thought she was a bit lacking upstairs".
