Bob Piper has been a Labour Councillor for the Abbey Ward in Sandwell, West Midlands, for nine years. He is a lifelong supporter of Aston Villa Football Club and a follower of Yorkshire County Cricket Club.

Maybe you should concentrate for a moment on casting out the beam in Former prime minister Tony Blair’s eye before worrying about the mote in Former Prime Minister Maggie Thatcher’s.

Good to see Labour’s usual deep concern for suspects rights apparently so prominently displayed in this post, in the vein of Jacqui Smith.
