I know - 21 years after privatisation and it's still displaying public sector levels of efficiency. I think you'll find airlines that have always been privately owned generally fair better so it shows what a burden state interference is that it takes so long to recover from.

(I jest BTW - just in case you thought I was pressing for a fight! I'm auditioning for the NM role should he ever quit...)

Perhaps we should also look at the fact that Labour are quite happy to let the joke that is British Airways (a former nationalised airline) dominate Terminal 5?

21 years is plenty of time to get the organisation right. Just admit it, this is down to bad management of the present day.
