Worryingly, I note from the case papers "...a destruction order for the dog is requested".
In my view, Rocky was not dangerous when I got him from the Animal Rescue Centre in Hull and he is not dangerous now notwithstanding us being involved in an incident which led to the charges. Had I cause to fear his dangerousness I would have returned him back to the Animal Rescue Centre just to be on the safe side.
He does have a few problems but I can live with those, and I suspect he would not have these had I got him younger and had the chance to bring him up differently. There is a big difference between Rocky not being perfect and having behavioural traits, and being dangerous. Having rescued him once I cannot let him down now.

I agree. However, I am biased. Cheers Bob.
