I am reluctant to divert traffic to a BNP website, but Councillor Simon Smith has decided to respond to the decision to suspend him from elected office. Rather than send traffic their way I will highlight some of his remarks:

"I‘ve been suspended for three months. This came has no surprise to me. I’d taken part in the “investigation”, but decided that to be present at a meeting of the standards sub-committee comprising of a Labour, Lib Dem and Tory councillor would make a Kangaroo Court seem like the better option if it had been available. So I decided it was a waste of time going. At least in a Crown Court one is nominally judged by one’s peers. The establishment parties’ councillors are not my equals. I’m fighting for my country. They are fighting for nothing.

The content of my website was critical of Labour in particular and expressed concern about the effective ethnic cleansing of native white people from Sandwell. Sandwell consists of ethnic minorities making up 15 % of the population. Worryingly 30% of children are ethnic minority. Now as a White person I object to that. I can well understand Sandwell’s Mayor Councillor Singh and the Head of Legal service Mrs Sharma, welcoming the demise of English people in the borough, but as a Nationalist I oppose this. As I also oppose the continued building of 36,000 more households in the borough to further facilitate the marginalisation of our race that have lived here and in nearby Europe since the glaciers of the last ice age receded."

One of the decisions in the ruling was that Smith should undertake training in equality and diversity... and it is obviously needed, although I fear it could prove fruitless. Will he undergo the training and suffer the cries of 'shame' from his fellow stormtroopers, and if not, what then?

He does have a point about not being judged by his peers, if he is meaning he should be judged by BNP councillors. However, it is rather blunted given that the panel was made up of different political hues namely Labour, Lib Dem and Tory councillors. I suspect that a panel made up entirely of BNP supporters would see nothing wrong with his conduct. In the circumstances, perhaps Simon Smith should take a long walk off a short pier...

My kids are all mixed race. Their life’s purpose seems to be to make my existence intolerant.
I comfort myself with the belief (delusion!) that this is just a teenage interpretation of one of the ten commandments .
'Honour your father and mother but only when they are dead and buried and in the meantime give 'em hell.'
What's this got to do with the a Nazi on Sandwell council.
When I read his racist, intolerant, and clearly, moronic bile which damns my kids as something inferior to him and his white skin, I look at my money grabbing -‘I’ve got a fast track to your bank balance’ - , argumentative - - ‘It’s all your fault’, logical - ‘I hate you’ - beautiful, intelligent children and remember how proud I am of them and how much I love them.
Sorry, had to be said.. but don't tell the kids please, they'll just think, 'silly old fart!!'

George P that is brilliant!

Gareth, I'm sorry, but I cannot accept that. The only similarity is that they both think they were the subject of an unfairly composed panel.

I am confused as to why the ruling recommended that he undertake training in equality and diversity. I would assume that those who elected him were in part doing so in protest to such things as equality and diversity counselling. Which suggests that something has gone very wrong with the democratic process.

btw, thnx for the laugh re: John Brown being one of your heroes.
