Bring me sunshine...   » Permalink  |  TrackBack (0)

It is well and truly peeing down in our little part of the planet this morning. On what should be a bright summer's morn it is almost pitch black outside and the storm clouds continue to gather. But sometimes, even on a day like this, you just have to laugh out loud!

Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha.

Ok, off to work with a spring in my step... and a brolly.

Heh. Compare your entry at 8:32am to mine at 8:33am:
http://www.bloggerheads.com/archives/2007/07/tories_fail_to.asp

And we both dropped by to wish Iain well (again, with you only seconds ahead of me) before writing/publishing our posts:

We should be careful... people might talk (and Praguetory's brain might very well explode).

Lovely jubbly - a real joy is the clutching at staws by some of the goons who comment over at Iain Dale's blog...

An autumn election then? Oh go on... you know you want to.

Not me Jonathan. Like GB I favour the cautious approach. We need to let the dust settle, and with a bit of luck the Conservatives will implode.

Hi Bob: Don't you just wish sometimes that you had put your money where your mouth is? I blogged my prediction for first, second and third place in Ealing and Southall by-election. This was in spite of Iain Dale blogging that those who make such predictions might live to regret it. I don't regret it one little bit.

Here's my small contribution in Comment Central to Iain Dale's article in the Torygraph:

"Cameron's trips shape his worldview", I suspect that this was written on one of Iain Dale's trips to the loo. There is Iain Dale's Diary in the blogosphere, but this is Iain Dale's diarrhea in the bogoshere...

I intend to fisk his article later...

I particularly like this quote from the ex-Play Boy in the Indy: Mr Lit said: "This is a positive result for the Conservative Party. Yes, we haven't won it but we have moved in the right direction."

Reverse gear...
