One enjoyed one's little joke. As for honest mistake, one must assume that is what Iain Dale made when he reports bumping into me in the grounds of Windsor Castle. As I am in residence at Buckingham Palace, it must have been one of the maids taking the corgis for a walk. I have it on good authority that Iain Dale asked for the royal standard to be raised as he was in residence. However, one of the footmen informed him that this was reserved for the Queen, and not just any old queen...
